What locations do you deliver to?
The Castle Kings are happy to provide bouncy castle hire in all areas of Worcestershire. This includes towns such as , Worcester, Wychbold, Droitwich, Redditch, Chaddesley Corbett, Hartlebury, Kidderminster, Belbroughton, Fairfield, Hanbury, Malvern, Bromsgrove, Evesham, Pershore, Blakedown and Upton on Severn.
How to book a bouncy castle?
Customers will find a Big Green Button under each and every product listing across our website.
How long can I hire the equipment?
You can have your inflatable for up to 8 hours. If you would like it longer than this, our online booking system allows you to add an overnight option or additional days. Prices are pre-set and visible on the product listing. We do not offer reduced prices for shorter hire times.
Can I hire more than one inflatable?
Of course! When you begin the booking process for the first item, you may add additional products to add to the order. You can select as many as you like. We give a 10% discount to customers who book 3 or more products in one order.
Should I book in advance?
Booking in advance will secure your chosen bouncy castle or inflatable for your party or event. Whilst we do have multiple stock of some products, we have to operate on a first come, first serve basis. Advance bookings will avoid disappointment.
Can I book with you last-minute?
Although last-minute bookings may not be available online, sometimes we have products available at short notice.You can contact us via text, call, whatsapp and social media for last minute bookings.
What time will you deliver the equipment?
Our delivery team work from 8am-8pm each day, we will complete deliveries and collection within these times. We ask that customers let us know they're preferences then once our route planning is completed a few days before your event, our team will make contact with you via phone to give you an accurate ETA.
Do you set up the inflatable?
Yes. Our staff will ensure your inflatable is installed and secured safely before leaving your event. This takes around 10-15 minutes.
Can I move the bouncy castle once it is set up?
No. The positioning of the inflatable needs to be installed and safety checked at each hire by our staff for safety and insurance purposes.
Do you have insurance?
Yes we do. We hold a £5 million Public Liability Insurance policy which we share with customers at the point of booking, via email. Customers are authorised to share this with their event or venue staff as required.
Do you safety test your bouncy castles?
The team complete safety checks of the equipment before each hire. Our bouncy castles and all inflatables are also tested annually by PIPA approved inspectors who visit our unit. Our blowers and all electrical equipment is PAT tested annually.
Do I need an electric supply?
Yes, although we carry extension leads, we will need access to electricity. If you believe that this will be an issue, please hire a generator - this will enable us to run the bouncy castles when there is no access to mains power.
What surfaces can bouncy castles go on?
Bouncy castles and other inflatables can go indoors and outdoors on grass and hard surfaces. Please note that the surface must not be sloped, and that stakes will be required as a safety anchor the bouncy castle, which will put small holes in lawns and astroturf. You must let us know about your intended location, as outdoors on hard surfaces can be challenging and may be impossible.
What should I do to prepare the surface for the bouncy castle?
We need clear and obstruction free access to the bouncy castle or inflatable site. Ideally, at least 3ft width to operate our sack trucks. Please ensure the area is clean and free of sharp objects and protrusions that may damage the inflatable. Any animal waste also needs to be cleared for health and safety reasons.
Should I take precautions?
Sensible clothing is advised to prevent possible friction burns. People who are unwell or have or have had back and neck injuries are advised against using bouncy castles. See our Terms &Conditions for all safety information.
Can I use bouncy castles and inflatables in adverse weather conditions?

Do your bouncy castles have rain covers?
Yes, many of our inflatables have shower proof canopies. Please review the product listing image. Bouncy castles and inflatables can endure a light rain shower however, in heavy rain, they can become slippery and increase risk of harm and/or injury.
Are bouncy castles safe in hot weather?
Yes, as long as you keep the users well hydrated. It is sensible to turn off the blower every few hours to let them cool down for 5-10 minutes in very high temperatures or heat waves.
Do you deliver to halls and venues?
Yes! Many of our bouncy castles are ideal for indoor events and parties. Check the individual product listing for size and suitability. We ask that you confirm the ceiling height of the hall before booking an inflatable.Product dimensions are available on each product listing. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their hired inflatable will fit inside their chosen venue.

What should I do if I need to cancel?
Please get in touch as soon as you can via email. It is helpful if you include your 4 digit booking reference number so we can assist you.
